THE 7 DISCIPLINES OF THE KINGDOM GLADIATOR

You can transform your body into the temple God created it to be.

The 7 Disciplines of the Kingdom Gladiator is the biblical roadmap for Christian men who are done starting over every Monday. Work them in order. Every discipline builds on the last. This is the plan the Bible had the whole time — nobody had organized it. Until now.

DISCIPLINE 1 — Reset with the Adam Fast

Before you build anything, you reset. The Adam Fast is 10 days of biblical eating that clears the body, silences the noise, and proves to yourself — before anything else — that you have the discipline to do hard things. Days 1–5: water only. Days 6–10: seed-bearing plants only. No supplement. No program made by men. Just the food God named in Genesis 1:29.

Most men who complete the Adam Fast lose 8–12 pounds. More importantly, they finish something. That matters more than the weight.

Every Kingdom Gladiator starts here. Not because it’s easy. Because it’s first.

DISCIPLINE 2 — Walk with God Daily

The physical transformation only sticks when the spiritual foundation is real. Discipline 2 is simple: walk every day. Literally. 30–40 minutes. Outside. No headphones required — just you and God. This is where the real conversations happen. The conviction builds. Where Kingdom Gladiators are made before they ever touch a weight.

You cannot out-train a broken spiritual foundation. Build this first. Protect it always.

DISCIPLINE 3 — Eat What God Designed

The Holy Diet is not a diet. It is a covenant. Three pillars — all from Scripture. Seed-bearing plants from Genesis 1:29. Clean meats from Leviticus 11. Fasting from Matthew 6:16. God designed the body. He left instructions on how to fuel it. Everything else — the low-fat programs, the processed food, the supplements — was built by men who profit from your failure.

The Holy Diet does not have a cheat day. It has a design. Eat inside the design and your body responds the way God built it to.

DISCIPLINE 4 — Build Like Noah

Noah didn’t rush the Ark. He built it with precision, patience, and obedience. The ARK Blueprint is Phase 1 of the Kingdom Gladiator training system — 3 days per week, 8 compound movements, progressive overload. You are not training for aesthetics. You are building a structure that lasts.

The foundation phase. Most men want to skip to the heavy lifting. Don’t. The men who go slow here are the ones still training at 60.

DISCIPLINE 5 — Train Like Samson

Samson’s strength was not a genetic gift. It was the outward evidence of inward consecration. The SAMSON Strength System is Phase 2 — 5×5 model, heavier loads, more intensity. You have built the foundation. Now you build the strength.

The intensity phase. This is where the body you built in Phase 1 starts to show. This is where the discipline you built in Disciplines 1–3 pays off physically.

DISCIPLINE 6 — Put On the Full Armor

Phase 3 of the training system — and the integration point for everything. Body and spirit in full alignment. The Armor of God is not a metaphor for spiritual people. It is a blueprint for men who take both domains seriously. Days 81–120. This is where the Kingdom Gladiator is fully forged.

When the physical discipline and the spiritual discipline lock together, you become a different man. Not just leaner. Not just stronger. Dangerous for the Kingdom.

DISCIPLINE 7 — Be the Man They Need

This was always the mission. For your wife and kids. Your church. The body was never the point — it was always the evidence. A man who honors God with his body leads differently. He shows up differently. His kids look at him the way kids look at superheroes. His wife looks at him the way she used to.

Discipline 7 is not a finish line. It is an identity. You do not arrive at it. You become it — one discipline at a time, starting with the Adam Fast.

FAQ SECTION

Do I have to do the disciplines in order?

Yes. The order is the system. The Adam Fast resets the body before you ask it to perform. The Holy Diet fuels the training. The training builds the man. Skipping steps does not speed up the process — it breaks it.

What if I’ve never fasted before?

That is exactly why you start here. The Adam Fast is the hardest thing most men do in the first 40 days. It is also the thing that proves to them — before anything else — that they are capable of the rest.

Is this only for men who are significantly overweight?

No. The 7 Disciplines are for any Christian man who wants his body to match the discipline he says he believes in. Some men start at 275 lbs. Some start at 195. The roadmap is the same.

How is this different from every other Christian fitness program?

Most Christian fitness programs are secular programs with Bible verses added for inspiration. The Bible is not the decoration here — it is the foundation. The diet comes from Genesis and Leviticus. The training is modeled on biblical characters. Remove the Scripture and the whole system falls apart. That is the difference.

What if I fall off the plan?

You go back to Discipline 1. Every time. That is not a punishment — it is the design. The Adam Fast is the reset God built into the system. You are never more than 10 days from starting again clean.
