Project Kingdom Gladiator: The Biblical Transformation Program for Christians
You’ve been in the fitness industry your whole life.
Not as a professional — as a customer. Programs purchased, trainers hired, gyms joined, apps downloaded, books read. Something works for a few weeks. Life happens, momentum breaks, and you end up back where you started.
The problem was never motivation. It wasn’t discipline, your schedule, your genetics, or your age.
The problem was foundation.
Every program you tried was built for someone who doesn’t share your worldview. None of them were built on the conviction that your body belongs to God, that the answers to your health have been sitting in your Bible for thousands of years, and that the reason previous attempts failed is that you were trying to solve a spiritual problem with a secular tool.
Project Kingdom Gladiator was built for you.
How This Program Came to Exist
I spent over a decade in the fitness industry.
Personal trainer. General manager of a big box gym. Overseeing seven group fitness franchises. Every tool the industry had to offer was available to me for ten years.
At the end of it, I weighed 275 pounds and carried 36.1% body fat.
One Sunday morning I sat in church with a notepad, writing down the next diet I planned to try. Something stopped me mid-sentence. God designed the human body. He designed food. He has a plan for every part of a person’s life — finances, marriage, parenting, vocation, purpose. Why would He skip the body?
The answers weren’t in the next program. They were in the book I carried to church every Sunday.
Genesis 1:29 describes the first food God gave man. Leviticus 11 identifies the animals He designed for human consumption. Scripture from Moses to Paul documents fasting as a normal discipline of serious faith. The physical framework was complete. Nobody had organized it into a program a Christian could follow.
Project Kingdom Gladiator is that program.
What PKG Is
Project Kingdom Gladiator is a six-month biblical transformation program for Christians delivered inside a private Skool community with weekly group calls.
The mission: help Christians transform their bodies, renew their minds, and fulfill the purpose God created them for.
This is not a fitness program with Bible verses added for inspiration. The Bible is the program. The diet comes from Genesis and Leviticus. The fasting protocol comes from scripture. The training philosophy is built on biblical principles. Remove the faith component and the whole thing falls apart — because the faith component is not decoration. It’s the foundation.
The model is Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Ramsey took biblical financial principles that had been available for thousands of years and organized them into a simple, sequential, teachable system. PKG does the same thing with the body. The answers have always been in scripture. This is the program that organizes them.
The 7 Disciplines of the Kingdom Gladiator
PKG is structured around 7 Disciplines — a sequential framework that builds the complete Kingdom Gladiator. Each discipline builds on the one before it. Every one is grounded in scripture.
Discipline 1 — Reset your body with a fast.
The Adam Fast is a 10-day biblical reset that prepares the body for everything that follows. Five days of water-only fasting, then five days of seed-bearing plants from Genesis 1:29. No supplements, no apps, no calorie counting.
Discipline 2 — Eat the diet God designed for you.
The Holy Diet is the permanent eating framework built on Genesis 1:29 and Leviticus 11. Seed-bearing plants and clean meats. Strategic fasting. Water. This is not a 30-day challenge — it runs beneath every phase of the program from day one to completion.
Discipline 3 — Walk with God daily, physically and spiritually.
Forty minutes of walking every day combined with a sermon, scripture, or Christian podcast. Cardio that builds the body and the faith simultaneously. This discipline runs throughout the entire program alongside the Holy Diet.
Discipline 4 — Train your body like the temple it is.
Four sequential 40-day training phases covering muscle building, strength development, total body integration, and the finishing phase. Each phase is named for a biblical figure whose story mirrors the purpose of that training block.
Discipline 5 — Renew your mind and become a new creation.
Romans 12:2 is not a metaphor. Thought patterns, identity, and self-concept are trainable. This discipline addresses the mental and psychological transformation that makes physical change permanent.
Discipline 6 — Step into the purpose God created you for.
A transformed body and a renewed mind are tools for something larger. This discipline connects physical transformation to the mission God placed on your life.
Discipline 7 — Leave a legacy worth following.
A Kingdom Gladiator finishes what he starts and builds something worth passing down. This final discipline is about becoming the person your family, your church, and your community can follow.
The Four Training Phases
Discipline 4 covers 160 days of structured training across four consecutive 40-day phases. Each phase carries a biblical theme, a specific training focus, and a proven methodology beneath the framework.
Phase 1 — The ARK Blueprint (40 days)
Inspired by Noah: disciplined, purposeful obedience to a specific task, executed over a long period, while everyone around him doubted.
The ARK Blueprint is the muscle-building phase. Built on the principles from Tim Ferriss’s 4-Hour Body — minimum effective dose, compound movements, maximum rest between sets. Three training sessions per week, each completable in under 45 minutes. Christians who have never built visible muscle build it during this phase.
Phase 2 — The Samson Strength System (40 days)
Inspired by Samson: raw, God-given physical strength deployed in direct confrontation with the enemy.
The Samson Strength System is the strength-building phase. Built on proven 5×5 methodology — five compound lifts, five sets of five repetitions, progressive overload every session. Squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and barbell row. Members who complete this phase move weight they couldn’t have imagined lifting at the start of Phase 1.
Phase 3 — The Armor of God (40 days)
Inspired by Ephesians 6: every piece of armor covering a different part of the body, all of it necessary, all of it working together.
The Armor of God is the total body integration phase. Strength, muscle, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, and endurance work together for the first time. Training becomes more complex. The body built in Phases 1 and 2 gets sharpened and refined into a complete, functional unit.
Phase 4 — The Cross Fit Phase (40 days)
Inspired by the cross: total surrender, completion of what was started, and transformation that comes out the other side.
The finishing phase. Five to ten rotating workouts that cycle through every quality developed in the previous three phases. The cross is the ultimate symbol of finishing what you started and coming out transformed. A member who completes this phase has earned that name.
The Foundation That Runs Beneath Everything
While the training phases change every 40 days, two disciplines stay constant from day one through day 160.
The Holy Diet never stops. Seed-bearing plants and clean meats from Leviticus 11, strategic fasting, and water as the primary drink. The training phases produce muscle and strength. The Holy Diet removes the fat underneath it and keeps inflammation low enough for the body to recover and rebuild between sessions.
The Walking with God discipline never stops either. Forty minutes of daily movement combined with spiritual formation runs the entire six months. On training days, the walk is active recovery. On rest days, it’s the primary movement. Cardio and faith development happen simultaneously, every single day.
Most fitness programs treat nutrition as a track separate from training. PKG doesn’t separate them because God didn’t design them separately. The body is one system. The program treats it that way.
The Community
Project Kingdom Gladiator is delivered inside the Kingdom Gladiators Skool community — a private, moderated environment for Christians doing this work together.
The Monday group call is the core community touchpoint. Every week, active PKG members connect live to review progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and hold each other to their commitments. A person doing this alone will quit when the hard weeks arrive. A person inside a community of Kingdom Gladiators who are further along has a reason to stay.
The first 10 PKG members receive a 1-on-1 onboarding call to map out their starting point, establish Holy Diet baselines, and set 40-day targets before Phase 1 training begins.
The free tier of the Kingdom Gladiators community is open to any Christian who wants in. The Adam Fast guide lives there. Community content lives there. Join the free community, complete the Adam Fast, and see what 10 days of biblical discipline does to your body and your mind before making any decision about the full program.
Where to Start
The entry point for every PKG member is the same: the Adam Fast.
Free. Ten days. No gym membership, no prior fitness experience, no equipment required. A person with a Bible and the willingness to start can begin on Monday.
Men who complete the Adam Fast and join PKG arrive with 10 days of momentum, an appetite reset, and their first proof that they can do hard things. That proof matters more than most people realize before they experience it.
Women are welcome inside Project Kingdom Gladiator — solo or alongside their spouse. All program content is built around a masculine framework and speaks directly to men, but the biblical principles, the Holy Diet, the training phases, and the community are open to anyone serious about building the body God designed them to have.
The Guarantee
Project Kingdom Gladiator is a one-time investment with no recurring charge for the six-month program.
The guarantee is simple. Follow the Holy Diet for 30 days. No results means a full refund. God’s framework produces results when a person follows it. The guarantee exists because the foundation is sound, not because refunds are expected.
Pricing increases as paying members accumulate and documented results stack up. The current tier is for people willing to go first — before the full testimonial library exists and before PKG has a decade of track record. Early adopters get the lowest price this program will ever be.
CONCLUSION
The person you see when you close your eyes is real.
They exist right now — under the weight, the fatigue, the excuses, and the failed attempts. The parent your kids deserve. The spouse your partner married. The person God built when He designed you.
The fitness industry couldn’t produce that person because it wasn’t built for someone who believes the body is a temple. The biblical framework can produce that person because God designed both the framework and the body.
Six months. Seven disciplines. 160 days of training. The Holy Diet. Walking with God every day. A community of Christians who will not let you quit on yourself again.
Start with the Adam Fast. Free, 10 days, and it will show you something about yourself that no program has shown you before.
Come join us inside the Kingdom Gladiators Skool community and start this week.
