You can transform your body into the temple God created it to be.
Dave Ramsey took biblical financial principles that had been sitting in Scripture for thousands of years and organized them into 7 steps anyone could follow. The 7 Disciplines do the same thing with your body. The diet is in Genesis. The fast is in Scripture. The strength is modeled after Samson. The armor is in Ephesians 6. Nobody built the roadmap until now.
Tyler Inloes spent over a decade as a personal trainer, gym manager, and franchise executive and still reached 275 pounds and 36.1% body fat. The fitness industry gave him more information. Information was never the problem. He opened his Bible and lost 11 pounds in 10 days, then 33 pounds in 50. The 7 Disciplines are what he built from that.
Follow them in order. Skip one and the next one gets harder to hold. Fall off track and Discipline 1 is where you go to reset.
1. RESET YOUR BODY WITH A FAST
You do not start this with a meal plan. You start with 5 days of water only. The Kingdom Reset Challenge strips away every excuse about what to eat, how much, and when, because for 5 days the answer is nothing but water. Jesus fasted 40 days and called it preparation. This is 5. It costs nothing and it happens inside the Kingdom Gladiators community, where the people around you are doing it at the same time. By day 5 you will know something about yourself that a workout program could never teach you: you can follow through when it is hard.

2. EAT THE DIET GOD DESIGNED FOR YOU

Once the fast breaks, the ADAM Fast eases you back in with 5 days of seed-bearing plants only, straight from Genesis 1:29. From there, the Holy Diet takes over as your permanent way of eating: seed-bearing plants, clean meats from Leviticus 11, and fasting built into the rhythm rather than saved for emergencies. No calorie counting. No macros. You already know how to follow rules written by God. You do not need another app.

3. WALK WITH GOD DAILY, PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY
Forty minutes a day, outside, on your feet. Bring Scripture, a sermon, or a podcast and let your body and your faith move at the same pace. This is not cardio for the sake of a number on a screen. Enoch walked with God and the Bible says he was not, because God took him. You do not need that kind of ending to take the walking seriously. You need the habit before the harder training starts, because a man who will not walk with God for 40 minutes will not stick with a barbell either.

4. TRAIN YOUR BODY LIKE THE TEMPLE IT IS

Your body is not a trophy. It is a temple, and temples get built with intention, not guesswork. The 4-phase Temple Training System takes you through the ARK Blueprint, Noah’s disciplined obedience applied to building muscle, the Samson Strength System, proven 5×5 training for raw strength, the Armor of God phase, where fat loss and muscle building integrate into one system, and the Cross Fit Phase, the finishing stretch that brings it all together. Each phase runs 40 days. None of them get skipped.

5. RENEW YOUR MIND AND BECOME A NEW CREATION
Romans 12:2 says do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Your body will not out-train the version of you that still believes you are the guy who quits in week three. This discipline is the work of replacing that story. Every rep, every walk, every day you show up when you did not feel like it is evidence against the old version of you. The new creation is not the one with abs. It is the one who no longer recognizes the man who used to give up.

6. STEP INTO THE PURPOSE GOD CREATED YOU FOR
You were not made to spend your strength on nothing. Ephesians 2:10 says you are God’s handiwork, created for good works prepared in advance. A stronger body was never the finish line. It is what gives you the energy, the confidence, and the discipline to do what God actually put you here to do, whether that is leading your family, serving your church, or showing up for the people counting on you. Weight loss without purpose is just a smaller version of the same aimless man.
7. LEAVE A LEGACY WORTH FOLLOWING

Your kids are not watching what you say on Sunday. They are watching what you do Monday through Saturday. Proverbs says a good man leaves an inheritance, and the inheritance that matters most is not money. It is the pattern your children copy without being told to. A father who broke the cycle of quitting hands his kids something no amount of coaching could replace: proof that it can be done.

You become the Kingdom Gladiator God made you to be.
Not the strongest man in the room. Not the leanest. The man whose private life finally matches what he says he believes on Sunday. The dad his kids point to instead of the one on the couch. The husband his wife recognizes again. The body is the evidence. The faith is the engine.
