Hi, I’m Tyler Inloes. I’m a 40-year-old husband and father of two, and not long ago I weighed 265 lbs at 35% body fat. I know what it’s like to feel stuct ashamed of my body, low on energy, and distant from God. For years I rode a frustrating rollercoaster of “I’ll start Monday” plans and abandoned diets. I tried every fad, program, and supplement you can think of (I have a graveyard of half-used protein powder tubs to prove it). Nothing stuck, and I was left angry at myself and numb in my faith.
Then everything changed. I got sick of failing and tired of hating who I saw in the mirror. The thought of not being there for my son, or missing the chance to walk my little girl down the aisle one day, terrified me. I knew I had to honor God with my body and be the man my family needed. With prayer, determination, and a lot of trial and error, I discovered a path that unites faith and fitness. Today, I’m on a mission to help other men like me break free from shame and find real transformation. No matter how far gone you feel, you are not alone and I’m living proof that it’s never too late to change.
My Mission
My mission is to help Christian men lose weight, build muscle, and grow in their faith so they can become the man God designed them to be. I teach simple, biblical habits – no gimmicks, no fad diets – so men can lead their homes with strength and conviction.
My Values
- Start with Scripture – Word of God leads everything
- Keep it simple – no fluff, no hacks, no gimmicks
- Show up daily – results come from consistency
- Own your life – no more blaming, hiding, or waiting
- Lead your family – with strength, love, and integrity
- Enter the arena – no man was made to sit in the stands
